By creating an account the contents of your Design Scheme / Shopping Basket are unique to each of your individual properties. Your design Scheme is retained allowing you, on any subsequent visit, to modify your Design Scheme prior to purchase.

To Create an Account:

1. CLICK on the MY ACCOUNT button found in the Top Orange Header Bar which will display the "Sign In" page.
2. CLICK "I AM A NEW CUSTOMER".
3. ENTER the information required and CLICK Continue.
   Your F4L account has been set up.
4. You can now CREATE your own Design Schemes and PLACE orders on our website.

To Place an Order:

1. CHOOSE your Furniture, Letting Packs and Accessories Packs
2. ADD them to your shopping basket
3. If you have not SIGNED IN yet at this stage, you will be asked to do so, together with entering the property address where the goods will be delivered, before proceeding to the checkout.
4. CHECKOUT and PAY on-line.

For your information, we also provide the following services:

• COMPLETE A DESIGN SCHEME & "MEASURE UP" SERVICE, unique to the property, via an on-site inspection from one of our design team - inclusive of measurements for the making of blinds & curtains, and to ensure all furniture will fit through passageways, stairs & doors, etc.
  This Design Scheme will then be forwarded to you, the client - allowing you to amend it as required through our F4L.co.uk website.

• INSTALL & DRESS THE PROPERTY READY FOR VIEWINGS. This service comprises the delivery & installation of all Furniture and the complete Dressing of the Property with all Letting & Accessories Packs (i.e. hanging and setting of all pictures, mirrors & ornaments, dress all beds with pillows, duvets, mattress protectors, fit and dress all linen onto beds, dress bathrooms with towels, unpacking and display on dining tables of all crockery, glassware and utensils and display of kitchen small electrical appliances and display of cooking packs in kitchen). The objective of this Dressing Service is to ensure your property is viewed in pristine condition by any prospective Tenants to help deliver a quick rental and reduce any void periods.
