Refund & Replacement Policy.

All items must be signed for upon delivery. Any damaged goods should not be accepted and they should be returned back to our warehouse via the delivery personnel. Goods identified as being damaged after signature of delivery acceptance cannot be returned to F4L. Any damaged goods will be replaced at no extra cost to the client and if these goods require to be ordered and the client cannot wait the period of time required for the goods to arrive then the client will be offered products from our in stock lines or a full refund whichever the client prefers.

Stock Line items are available for immediate delivery and should F4L be temporarily out of stock the client will be immediately notified and offered an alternative stock line item. Should this not be acceptable to the client a full refund will be immediately made.

The order  cancellation period is 7 working days beginning with the day after the day on which the goods are delivered if they are not unpacked or damaged by the client.
