Privacy Policy

We do not store credit card details nor do we share customer details with any 3rd parties.

Currency of Transactions

All transactions will be charged in UK Sterling and include VAT at the prevailing rate.

Ordering, Delivery & Cancellation Policy.

All goods have to be paid for at the time of order. All goods remain the property of F4L until such time as full payment is received and funds have cleared. The cost for the Delivery of goods within London is added to the amount of the order by the system depending on the area and the ordered number of products. Please see our delivery zone map and pricing for further details. For Delivery of goods outside London our team will define a Delivery charge will apply and the client will be notified as to what this cost will be. All items on the website are from the stock line and   available for immediate delivery within 8 days from receiving the funds.  Only Stock Line Furniture, Letting Packs and Accessories Packs may be cancelled prior to delivery. All other items (as bespoke blinds, curtains etc.) are specifically ordered from our suppliers and are a unique requirement to your order and your property design scheme and therefore cannot be cancelled or returned once the order has been paid for. Where delivery is required from a direct order from the client AND NOT for when a complete F4L Design Scheme & “Measure up service” had been undertaken by F4L and where F4L complete the delivery, Installation & Design service. Then: -the customer accepts that these products have been individually and specifically ordered from our suppliers and cannot be returned once goods have been ordered. -it is the customer’s sole responsibility to ensure that the correct size and colour and any other product options have been ordered as they cannot be returned. Any questions regarding size and colour should be addressed in writing direct with F4L before ordering. -it is the customers sole responsibility to ensure that the goods ordered are of the correct size[inclusive of packaging and boxing] to allow for the physically delivery of these goods into the property inclusive of common parts and stairs and lifts. Should goods not be able to be physically delivered into the property then they will be taken back to our warehouse. It is the customers responsibility thereafter to make other arrangements for a repeat delivery and these furniture items and the delivery will be chargeable – F4L will confirm the re delivery charge and take payment prior to re delivery.

Refund & Replacement Policy.

All items must be signed for upon delivery. Any damaged goods should not be accepted and they should be returned back to our warehouse via the delivery personnel. Goods identified as being damaged after signature of delivery acceptance cannot be returned to F4L. Any damaged goods will be replaced at no extra cost to the client and if these goods require to be ordered and the client cannot wait the period of time required for the goods to arrive then the client will be offered products from our in stock lines or a full refund whichever the client prefers. Stock Line items are available for immediate delivery and should F4L be temporarily out of stock the client will be immediately notified and offered an alternative stock line item. Should this not be acceptable to the client a full refund will be immediately made. The order  cancellation period is 7 working days beginning with the day after the day on which the goods are delivered if they are not unpacked or damaged by the client.

Installation Policy

Where delivery is required from a direct order from the client AND NOT for when a complete F4L Design Scheme & “Measure up Service” followed up by F4L Delivery, Installation & Dressing Service is required ⁄ ordered from the client – [determined as being a full range of furniture delivery for each room type required to furnish an empty property inclusive of Letting Packs and Accessory Packs and where F4L have visited the property and completed a “Design Scheme & Measure up Service” prior to order] then: F4L delivery personnel – or its nominated courier – will deliver the Furniture, Letting Packs & Accessory Packs to the property in its original packaging and boxing and will not unpack or install such items. Some Furniture items will require assembly on site and should you experience any difficulty in assembling items then please call F4L direct for assistance. When a complete F4L Design Scheme & “Measure up Service” followed up by F4L Delivery, Installation & Dressing Service is required ⁄ ordered from the client – [determined as being a full range of furniture delivery for each room type required to furnish an empty property inclusive of Letting Packs and Accessory Packs and where F4L have visited the property and completed a “Design Scheme & Measure up Service” prior to order] then: It is the sole responsibility of F4L to deliver, unpack, install, fully dress the rooms with all Furniture, Letting Packs and Accessories Packs and remove all rubbish. Our intent is to leave the property in an immaculate and pristine condition ready for viewings.

Export Restrictions

There are no export restrictions. Delivery charges will apply and these will be confirmed with the client prior to ordering and acceptance of payment.
